Orders are processed within 1  business day after receiving payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We accept prepaid orders through Razor pay, which supports a variety of secure payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. This ensures a smooth, hassle-free shopping experience with instant payment confirmation, reducing delays and providing better security for your order.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free domestic standard delivery on orders above ₹799. 

  • Shipping charge of ₹69 for orders below ₹799.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

    • Domestic Delivery Timeline : 5-7 business days

    • International Shipping: Depends on customs processing.

4. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options, including standard, express, and priority shipping. Customers can select their preferred method at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly or file a claim with them.
